i wonder how cebuanos feel about our decline cleanliness. ppl spit anywhere, throw anything anywhere, and poo anywhere(both man and animal). it's really embarrassing especially when we have foreign visitors. sometimes i come to think that it's also our fault that ppl from all over the world call us "filthy rags". i know that not everyone do this, but it's affecting our economy and our surroundings. wherever i look, it's just really dirty. and what about the street children who ask money in streets? if it's only a modos operrandi, why can't it be stopped? i love this country. i love cebu, and these has to be taken care of.

we need discipline for this matter.....everywhere we see littered trashes on the road....
