Three Cebu congress members have been attempting legislatively for four years to divide Cebu into the following three provinces:


Cebu del Sur, Cebu Occidental and Cebu del Norte (and more recently Mactac Province!)

As expected, two intends to become the governor of their respective "new Cebu".

no they shouldn't divide Cebu.ngano man unahon nila na kaysa mga kinahanglon sa atong city???its already been like that for centuries.wag nilang i divide.unahin nila probs ng mamamayan natin jan.isa tayo sa mga less developed countries kailangan nilang pagtuonan ng pansin muna ang kailangan ng mga tao....hindi ung mga hindi masyadong importanteng bagay.ano bang mapapala kapag dinivide ang cebu???pangit tingnan...

Nisulti na ang kinabag-ang mga Sugbua-anon niadtong miaging eleksyon ug klaro kaayo nga wala gyud mahimuot ug moangay sa ilang pagplano pag-buakbuak sa Sugbo. Giparotan gyud ang mga exponents sa Sugbuak!!! Wala kadaug ilahang mga kandidato pagka-Gubernador, ug ang mga Congressman para sa 3rd, 1st ug 5th district. Haha...mirisi!!!

hello everybody... just call me by the name anim. supak ko sa pagbu-ak sa sugbo. kay ngano dili pa ba sila contento sa usa ka SUGBO? in my own opinion kaning mga congressman ug congresswoman are only try to make their ass more wider and bigger, sinc they cannot get the heart of the cebuano people and their colleages as well. i think they so desperate that they come up with the idea of dividing cebu.

for me they are not a true blue world class cebuano, ONLY wanna bees (buyog) sorry but i know some of their nieces and nephews but no offens lang ha. GET a LIFE!!! dont let your political ambition get you into the frying pan...

to the proponent of this idea in dividing our CEBU, i think you have gone MAD and CRAZY....

Walay tarong ug klaro nga rason ngano ila buakon ang Sugbo. Kung ila pa lang unta tang tagaan ug ensaktong rason hayan manugot gyud ang mga taw. Pero ang raSON nga atong makita ug nahibaw-an na mao ang ilang mga personal nga rason. Ang ilang mga pangandoy. Self-advancement. Selfish reasons. Kaysa mag-usik sila sa ilang panahon pagcchop- chop sa Sugbo, dapat nila tagaan ug atensyon ang mga nagkinahanglan. Ila buhaton ang ilang katungdanan. Katungdanan sa pagserbisyo alang sa kalamboan sa katawhan ug dili sa ilang kaugalingong kalambuan.
